I cannot rave about this business enough!!! I took a stack of business cards when I left to pass out too!

I've been in several times now to various nail technicians and everyone has more than surpassed my expectations! The technicians are all trained by the owner to do designs and they always come out looking so amazing! My gel polish never lifts and they keep it close to the cuticle! They always make wonderful recommendations and and honest enough to tell you when you don't need something. I used to pay to get a new full set of nails every couple of appointments, now my acrylic has been on for 6 months just with regular fills and it's still perfect!

I also just started having my hair done by Tristin and I will never go to anyone else. I am so picky when it comes to my haircuts and she listened so carefully and did exactly what I asked. I love it!

They offer quite a few other services too which I haven't been fortunate enough to sample yet, but I can't wait! This is my one stop shop!

They are not consistent here. They also cater to clients that were the owner's clients before she left where she used to work. I came here twice and will not return. With all the nail salons/spas that seem to be opening everywhere I know I can find a better place. They just are not very warm here at all. The stress level in there is high. They really weren't all that welcoming to me. I sent my daughter here and her nails were a bit sloppy as in glops of glue where the rhinestones were. I feel because she is a teenager they pushed her through without attention to detail. She said Mom look my nails look sloppy. My daughter was afraid to say anything. The prices are a tad high for the area as well as the for their work. The
owner Noina did my nails and she rushed me through as well. The second time I came in someone else is doing my nails although I booked with Noina. I was told she was busy with her regular clients after I questioned the receptionist who was texting on her cell phone when I tried to talk to her. I was stuck because I had an event to go to that night so I just went ahead & let the other girl do my nails. This is just insulting to a client and the girl at the desk should of called me or let me know when I booked the appointment that I was going to be done by another manicurist instead of waiting for me to walk in and then expecting me to be okay with it. When I usually book somewhere I know who it is with. I'm not a walk-in so don't treat me like one. This is just bad service and I certainly don't feel like they cared whether or not we came back. Also very dusty in there
and I have allergies. My friend raved about this place so I started going here but I will not return because of the customer service. There are better salons in the area.
