I have Forever In Bloom the first time in a last minute Junior Prom rush and the staff and salesperson were so nice and helpful. So when it came time for my other son's Senior Prom needs, I received the same superb customer service except this time I forgot and only had 24 hours and they helped me and will picking up our flowers tomorrow. Will continue to use them and recommend you do to. Professional, amazing flowers and customer service. A+++

The flowers were absolutely beautiful, as was the wedding at the Castle last weekend. At the end of the evening I told the manager that I would be taking all the leftover flowers in the morning. On my way to breakfast I saw him again and he told me they were still there....after breakfast they were gone! I was so distressed, called Forever in Bloom store, was closed on Sunday, my husband looked in dumpsters at The Castle and they weren't there. I called Deans house and his wife said they were thrown out in the dumpster at the shop!!!!! We drove 45 minutes to get there, most were there, many roses were missing. I remade the arrangements at home and brought some to my daughter and son in laws house so they'd have them when they came home from honeymoon. The only bad part of the wedding, don't know why anyone would toss beautiful flowers ? Especially when he knew I was in the Garden Club and have a landscaping company with my husband here in CT. What a nightmare after such a beautiful day before.
