Dr. Odell is the best Doctor! He is brilliant and really cares about his patients. I appreciate his love of science (I'm a science lover myself) and his willingness to discuss and educate me about my health. He is a wonderful person and a great doctor.

Dr. O'Dell is wonderful person and a wonderful doctor. But now that his practice is part of Westchester Health, the office has become a terrible place.



The administrative assistants are nasty and unintelligent. I won't even dignify them by calling them secretaries; that would be an insult to secretaries. They give patients inaccurate information, know nothing about medicine, and talk to patients -- PAYING PATIENTS -- as if they are children to be ordered around. Unlike Dr. O'Dell's past secretaries, who he hired and managed personally when the practice was his own, these office workers are obviously the flying-monkey minions sent down by the Westchester Health corporation to make sure that patients are "managed" so that the company makes as much money as possible.



It is so sad to see such a wonderful practice destroyed. I would love to stay with Dr. O'Dell but I can't. I'm sure Dr. O'Dell did what he needed to do when he went into business with Westchester Health. But I will not pay to be abused by office workers so that I can be a revenue source for yet another soulless corporation.

The most caring doctor I have ever met. Very thorough in his exams.
