Yard-nique performs basic bi-weekly maintenance to my yard, but they always go above and beyond. They never leave a mess behind (some other maintenance companies have), and they are always friendly!

I know this review has come a bit late but that doesn't mean that the actions of two of your employees are any less appreciated or commendable. During last winter's snow storm, i became stranded in my car. Not only did Tyler Chase and Chad Riffle safely get me home after being out in the snow for almost four hours, but they also stopped to help complete strangers who were having trouble traveling in the snow. I can tell you first hand that their selfless approach to helping panicked drivers was the biggest blessing that those individuals received that day in a moment where they desperately needed a hand. They could have just driven by those who were clearly struggling but they didn't give a second thought to getting out of their warm truck to battle the elements and show the depth of character they possess as individuals. I can sincerely say that I've never been so happy to see a Yard-Nique truck come to my rescue that day and I'm sure there are folks all over Raleigh who felt the exact same way.

Yardnique is a first class company. Davis and Abundio did a great job with my new plantings. Prompt and Professional.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of the Yardnique employees. The design team was able to develop a landscape design that was both functional and pleasing to the eye. The installation crew was very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to make suggestions when I asked for a change in the design to add height. I could not be happier with the design, installation, and the responsive service to requested changes. I am very hard to please and I was 100% satisfied.

One of the worst landscaping companies in the area. Lazy technicians. Never move anything in yards, they just work around it. Our yard every week looks patchy, uneven, and unclean. They don't even sweep up or blow the excess grass/weeds/ etc! Upon calling to complain, was transferred to a supervisor. I was told that our entire community is not level and the mowers cannot mow properly, and that is why they do not do their job correctly. So that is my problem? Im sure I can contact hundreds of other landscaping companies, and all of them would "figure it out" to make the customer happy. After no apologies, or customer experience I asked for another tech to come back out to properly take care of our yard. We will see if being called out will make a difference in their service. Why pay for a service that makes your yard look worse than it did overgrown? Just my 2 cents.

My personal experience with yardnique has always been positive. They do a great job maintaining my landscape, as well as the rest of the community. They are quick to correct any mistakes they might make, and are always friendly. They get two thumbs up from this happy customer.

I live in Falls River, and I cannot be more happy with their work. Yard-Nique maintains the common spaces and it always looks good. They recently just put out new pinestraw in the plant beds, and its the best job I have ever seen.

Incompetent, full of false promises

My HOA hired them to maintain the lawn. The lawn got progressively worse from the day they took over. After mowing the lawn there would be huge patches of dirt, where the grass was completely gone. The repeatedly promised to reseed the area on their next visit and just never did it. After having to deal with this for over a year, they told me that they could fix it, but I would have to pay them extra! How they could rationalize charging someone extra to fix their mistakes is beyond me! By all means do not hire this company to address any of your landscaping needs you will be extremely disappointed!

Not reliable, oversells and under delivers, lots of false promises, sends bills fails to complete work. After 15 months my yard is much worse then when they started.



They do our neighborhood HOA as well. That is why I switched to them. Unfortunately, they just do a bad job, promise to fix things but don't. In 15 months they have never trimmed a bush, increased the weed percentage in my front lawn by 50% and unfortunately my back lawn is 85% gone due to weeds. When asked about pre-emergent this fall and spring, they blew me off. It is part of the service i pay for. They just are the wrong guys for me and the yards and HOA areas they service look terrible.



So bad that I have received letters from the HOA complaining about my lawn care.
