I would NEVER have agreed to have this "company" provide my mother's wheelchair had I known the TERRIBLE customer service, billing practices, and the inability to truthfully answer a question that has been shown to me over the last 13 months !!! If you are in need of any type of medical equipment and would like professional service DO NOT use Kight's Medical. In my opinion ANY other company can do better. I would not have given them any stars, but you must pick at least one star to post a review.
