We got a huge bill from them even they confirmed that we were covered by the insurance at the time we did the treatment and therapeutic. So never go there. A huge bill would be waiting for you even if they confirmed you covered by the insurance.

They missed documents when they submitted claims to the insurance company. After re-submitted additional documents, the insurance company said too late to do the reclaim. The original price is over a few thousand $. Although they did the discount, it is still over thousand $. They simply gave up without letting us know but sent the bill to Professional Recovery Consultants. Too bad!

I phone 919-467-4994 ext. 1133 and spoke with Michelle. She is only caring about the revenue. Only two complains from her: 1) it is your insurance problem. 2) why don't you pay.
So if you go to Cary Orthopedics, you would be blamed that all were your fault.

Well, I will pay for it but I will continue working on the this thread to provide evidence or other website with pictures and billing evidence.

After being referred by a health care provider I trust and have been going to for over a decade I contacted Cary Ortho. Even though I had had a bad experience with them before many many years ago I trusted who referred me. So I contacted them about injuries from a car accident. After they made me jumping threw hoops to make sure they, Cary Orthopedics, would be paid by my insurance company, including a reference number, they finally set up an appointment.



After I take time off work, drive 45 mins to their Morrisviile office, fill out all the paper work, get into a patient room, change into the patient gown, they come in and tell me that they will NOT be seeing me because they don't know if my insurance will pay them! WHAT?!?!



I had verified that BCBSNC would cover the visit like any normal visit, but because this was a car accident related injury they, Cary Ortho, WON'T BE SEEING ME. Mind you all this information was known up front and BCBSNC WOULD cover the visit.



I am beside myself right now and will NEVER suggest this health care provider to ANYONE! I have NEVER had such POOR service from a health care provider. I am astounded by their level of GREED and lack of verification and communication! All I want is relief from the pain and have health care that was/is willing to pay for the services minus my co-pay and they are NOT willing to provide that. Ridiculous!



I would give them no stars but 1 is the lowest it would allow!
