They practically promised a job by having me drug test , background check, and went so far as giving me a paper staying my hours , pay , and days off preceeded by not returning my calls until I finally came in and was told there were no openings. DISCRIMINATION!!!

This agency just burnts you out with little pay..
They're actions speak louder then words i tell you by experience. .

Omg! This is absolutely unbelievable! DMSI was very efficient in the first part of the hiring process in that I was able to apply and immediately receive an interview as well as be scheduled a tour of the warehouse. However, DMSI has failed to uphold their end of the second part of the hiring process in which I was suppose to receive a callback within two days to advance to the next step towards employment. It's insane and very frustrating at one's inability to ever have a phone call answered no matter what time of day. I'm beyond disgusted at DMSI and the low quality customer service. Good luck to any new prospects in the desire to gain employment with Ross Distribution. I wonder if Ross is aware of this long and drawn out hiring inefficiency. I wish I knew of a way to alert them.

I use to work for DMSI as a representative. The service isn't that great. The main office down the street from Ross don't have the experience on what job function there are. Communication is there main concern! No structure.

This agency is full of s*** they are liars and pay is really bad do not apply here apply at select staffing!... they dont care about you their microwave is full of cockroaches and the fridge smells horrible you get your things stolen and is not worth the money
