Owner, manager.... Whatever she is, the one who sits in front and directs clients to their seats is rude! She needs to relax and learn to be professional.

I knew this place for couples of year, I always got my nails done by Sally very pro and friendly.

RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I went in once to get a regular acrylic full set, which was ok, and I took this opportunity to ask about pricing for fills and other services, since they do not have any signs up. I went back 2 weeks later to get a fill, and the man that did my nails tried to pull them off because he said they were old and I should get a new set... THEY WERE ONLY TWO WEEKS OLD!!! I refused, and asked for the fills. He was very rough on my fingers and ended up cutting me, which made me upset. when it came time to pay he overcharged me, they told me fills cost $12 the first time, and he charged me $15!!!!!!!!! I guess he knew I wouldn't be tipping, so he charged it!!! The lady that gave me change after this horrible experience actually stood there waiting for the tip. I am never going back there, and I hope you take my advice and save yourself from the horror of this place.
