My dogs have always received super care from the Drs. and the staff. They are caring, gentle and really care about their well-being. They also take the time to listen to my concerns. I will continue to recommend them to anyone needing a Vet of their other services.

We have used Mitchell Village for years and have always received very professional care and service from all the staff and Dr. Hall.....the office is clean, the staff friendly and courteous.....never had any problems

Dr. Hall and Dr. Godwin are good vets. However, the staff that works there are unprofessional and completely rude. I don't appreciate eye-rolling, huffing and puffing, and/or raised argumentative voices when I am genuinely asking why I am being charged the same amount of money for less medication, or when I informed the staff that there should have been 3 medications ready for my dog (and I was right, the lady missed the other pill bottle). Not to mention, the one vet tech nearly injured my pug's eye (which had a corneal ulcer ready to rupture) with his own tags when she hastily shoved his E-collar over his head. Bottomline: I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Over-priced and ignorant staff.

The staff and the doctors are fabulous! My pet has received wonderful care here. They practice good quality medicine and are very very compassionate. They always take extra time to answer any questions or concerns I have and they make sure that my pet is comfortable when visiting. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality care for their pet(s)!!!!!
