Took daughter's prom dress there for alterations. First time back of dress 4 inches to long, second time hemmed back of dress to short. You can't put the material back. Have to take it now to another seamstress to have the front match the back. Do not have your items altered there. She thought she was doing me a favor by not charging for the second time she hemmed it. Please take your daughter's prom dress anywhere else but here.

Took my brand new suit worn one time to be dry cleaned, when I got home to put on a different hanger noticed the lapels are all wrinkled and can't get them out, my $300 suit is now ruined. Horrible....

My wedding dress needed minor alterations, including cutting the outer layer of tulle shorter. The seamstress was NOT paying attention to the bottom of the dress and cut the sides HIGHER than the front and back.My under skirt was visible on the sides of the dress.When we picked it up the owner told us that she didn't understand why the bottom of the dress was like that, she cut evenly around, they even laid it on the table.. She KNEW she ruined the bottom of my dress and didn't bother to call us sooner. If you are altering someone's wedding dress, measure all the way around before you just start CUTTING.We left with the dress,because I wanted to get it home and think of a solution.We had to order a NEW dress and alter it two days before the wedding! When we called the owner and told her what we had to do, she said she thought we left happy, we did not. Her response to all of this was,"Well, Ok, all right." Which was not a response to a question, but just a dismissal of our problem.
