Free meals for active duty military and vets-very cool. We thank you for that. However, please serve HOT food. I understand that you are very busy. BUT....I was seated at the bar long before many others yet I got my food after they did. And it was cold. Nothing I ordered came out hot. I find it hard to believe that if you're that busy that any food should be cold yet it was. I don't mind waiting for long periods. ..but get your act together for events you know will be huge and provide decent service and HOT food.

Food is usually good, but service is ridiculous. You should never be waiting for a table when there are several tables empty. That is never acceptable. People walk away from your business and take their money with them.
