This is true because I know I can help you discover the strong, resilient person that resides inside. Attitude is everything. Increasing your distress tolerance is possible so that overcoming problems becomes easier. Using scaling questions and an automatic thought record, you'll see how things that you used to bother you immensely now are minor. When times are tough anybody would feel overwhelmed.
