It was ok. The office staff was VERY unprofessional.
Now I will give them credit on working my dog in for an emergency visit.
But other than that, I would not go back, or reccommend it to a friend.

My experience was terrible with sun valley animal hospital.. My pet wasnt important. It was about money and if i didnt have the proper amount they would not continue to give my pet the medical attention that it needed. My pet was hit by a car he had a bad cut on his head that was the size of a dime. They fixed the cut. But my pet also was having issues with the back of his body that were very painful and made it where he could not walk. After paying $455 they sent my pet home because i could not pay them for an xray or more cash up front to properly treat my pet. Since, my pet has gotten worse he is in terrible pain and can not stand on his back legs without colapsing in pain. What happened to the true ethics of being a doctor or the oath taken by those in the medical field? I guess it all goes out the window when money is an issue.. They wouldnt even bill me or set up a payment method. I walk in they say we need $200 up front before we accept or treat him and we need more $255 when you pick him up.. This is a hospital that has a thirst for money and not a thirst to treat our pets to the best of their ability regardless of a financial situation.. Vinson Garmon.
