This is a family business that needs enough time to fill orders exactly. Their strength is in providing a unique, personalized creation. They need an exact knowledge of expectations,and can meet them perfectly. I received a fresh, moist and delicious cake, decorated to perfection, and on time. I had to pick it up, and received personal attention and service.

Attention to detail on decorations is amazing, but the cake itself was terrible. I ordered two cakes for a 1st birthday and spent ~$125 for a large and baby cake. I had to through away over 1/2 the cakes as noone would eat it. I tasted like it was a week old. When I called to complain, the gentleman did nothing, other than to apologize that we did not like the cake. I will NOT use the Pastry Shop again.

The most beautiful wedding cakes I have ever seen! My daughter's cake was the highlight of the reception. The ornamental flowers on the cake looked real and set up like porcelain and we can enjoy them forever! I never had to worry about the cake getting there and they set it up beautifully. I will use no other bakery.

Very dissappointed, I live 4 hours away, trying to get them to deliver a $50-$100 assortment less than a mile away, I asked do you deliver? Yes, wedding cakes. Can you deliver an assortment tray less than 1 mile away? No sir. Can you charge me a fee and deliver it? No sir. Can you have a taxi deliver it and charge me? No sir. Can you ask an employee to drop it off on their way to lunch, and I will pay them? No sir. Service with a smile, at it's very best! NO SERVICE and no smile for me...
