      Do NOT choose Precision Concrete Service/Kevin Tucker for your next job. Why not? Because he does horrible work, is not professional, and does not fulfill his end of the contract. He was habitually late and carried out the work for more than two months. Come check out the concrete job at Patches Lounge. Footprints in the concrete, parking bumpers ripped out & not replaced, sealer not applied in areas, handrails removed & never reinstalled, and the list goes on and on.. I just don't want anybody to have to go through what I did with this job. Even his subcontractors are upset with him. I've had several come by looking for him because they hadn't been paid. One actually received a judgement against Kevin Tucker/Precision and I have a copy of the process of garnishment. In the end I filed a claim against his surety bond and received judgement covering a small portion of the work that he failed to complete and wasn't done to city code.
