The General Mgr Tim is no help whatsoever with any problems you may have. His asst mgr Kathryn is a snob and snapped at me several times. In an empty restaurant wait times to get my order were more than 5 minutes and my food orders were incoorect every time I go in. Stale bread, stale service.
