The Karat Patch staff is wonderful while they are selling you something but once the purchase has been made and it comes to sizing, ect all bets are off. For example, my fiancé bought me a beautiful solitaire comfort setting from here- when it was sized the jeweler buffed too much out of the shank on a machine vs. hand polishing the solder line. Effectively making the comfort fit irrelevant. Then when I brought it in to ask for them to attempt to make it right, I was told "I wasn't the one who bought it." Well yes, of corse I didn't buy it, I'm the bride to be. I am the one wearing it however. Shouldn't my comfort be important? What does it matter if I'm the one who shelled out the cash? It wasn't sized properly. Simple customer service. This one interaction was enough to ruin my whole experience and make me want to cry. Which is exactly how I left the store. Crying. I don't even know what to say. :( ...and they are going to charge my fiancé to fix it now.
