Provided by YP.comI called to try to get an appointment because I was having "flashes" of light in my peripheral vision. What I was able to find online suggested that this was involving the retina, and said that I should seek treatment immediately. I gave the receptionist a brief history of my eye issues, which included a few episodes of iritis, and was told that they were "retina" doctors, I said, yes, that is why I am calling, and told her again about the flashes of light etc. She then told me to go to my regular eye doctor, I again told her that this was a retina problem and that my eye doctor would just send me to an ophthalmologist....she didn't seem interested in making an appointment and did not seem informed about the condition I called about. Told her that I would call some other doctor. Not friendly, welcoming, or informed...so I don't know anything about Dr. Cantrill, because of the receptionist.

Provided by YP.comif it ever happens to you, GO see these guys! As a matter of fact, I've already done this a few times. When I lost sight in my right eye, I was able to get an appointment with a Dr on Monday morning at (or near) 8:00 am Monday. The office sent me right over to the hospital nearest us (Mine happened to be United). When I got there, Dr Ryan got my case and did all 3 types of retinal surgery that I needed. I had little to no pain throughout my procedure and recovery. I was sent home with carefully explained instructions & I was seen at the clinic the next day. Dr Ryan checked my eye again and we made the next appointment. After a couple of appointments, when we did the 6 month check, Dr Ryan checked me out again, and along with my retina being fine, he diagnosed a cataract, which is why I am seeing funny with my right eye. His statement to me was "Once you have the surgery, you will most likely have eyesight of 20/20 or 20/30." These guys did a GREAT job for me.
