      I will never frequent this establishment for business! How can a customer be charged for a service that was not initiated? So much for trying to utilize inner city business! I guess that's why you are made to pay before they vibe out to your home. I'm all for paying a trip charge nit to be charged a full amount in nothing was done is obsurb.
