Consumer Beware look at ther website and see cost and get written estimate prior to work and limit your deposit . Better yet CVS or another Place
brought 29 vhs video to be converted to dvd's ubs sticks- asked for 2 copies of each so I would be able to give my children each copy. I was ask to leave a $500.00 deposit and was told probably not going to go over this verbally.
I left a deposit . month later I get a call completed . I went there the set of completed dvd's i received was 13 DVD,s 1 USB stick and the copies 26 dvd 2 usb sticks - and a bill for a additional $902.00 . He had my home videos and $500.00 and he had emailed me and asked me if i didnt need the camera i took the video he would have a need for him. Prior to viewing the Completed DVD s i was excited and gave him a very good vidoe recorder hardly use out of my good heart . He called me and toll me I had a few videos in the case so i asked him if he could make sure if they had something on them he would convert them
So he did and I went to his store to pick up completed project and he wanted to charge me $400.00 I refused to pay and told him according to his website and my bill he over charged me last time by $700.00 and out my heart I gave a sony video cam that was hardly used. he let me go without paying the $400.00
I went home opened the bag and found 2 DVD for 6 video cartridge which came to 200.00 per video. I told him I really feel raped and will never ever recommend
