This company has been nothing but dependable, honest and pleasant to work with. They come when they say they are coming and if another job goes over, they let you know beforehand. They are very reasonably priced and professional in the way they conduct business. If there is a problem, they work through it to fix the situation. I would have thrown my hands in the air with all the issues my old home has, but they smile and figure it out.

I have known Lonnie For years and even though I am a competitor I have always found him to be honest. I know for a fact that the bad review he got here was from a customer who knew she had a bad sewer line for months. Then she calls during an bad weather event and wants the job done now. Most of the good and reputable plumbing companies have a back log on these type of jobs. A client who ignores a problem until it becomes critical need not blame the plumber but look in the mirror and write a negative review on themselves.

Lonnie had scheduled an orange bird pipe replacement about a week and a half in advance for us. The day after they were supposed to start the job, they called me and told me that they would not be doing the job. AT ALL. They offered no explanation. My house had flooded twice and I had to pull up two rooms of carpet. It was something that my family was counting on and now it will be another 2 weeks before the job can be done. I can't flush my toilets without running around the house to make sure that the toilets haven't back-flowed and started flooding my house again. It's a nightmare and I'm incredibly disappointed. They will not be receiving any more of my business, nor will I recommend them to anyone. No one should receive that kind of service from any company.

Lonnie does a great job, is very honest, and all for a reasonable price. He fixed our slab leak correctly, quickly, and for less than all the other estimates we received.
