Called to make an appointment and was asking questions about a safety guard and technican remarked no such thing twice and snickered. I only asked because I have taken my dog to 3 places and she has had burn marks when I have picked her up. I thanked her and told her I would not bring my dog because she was laughing at me and I was only trying to learn. Was I too sensitive?
