UW Health was referred to me by my doctor for a sleep disorder. All the therapists have been extremely helpful in the fitting of a mask for a CPAP machine, explaining how to use it, replacing the mask when it was worn, and suggesting new more comfortable styles of masks as the years go on. I have always felt comfortable with all the therapists. And when I have had any questions and requested information via phone, there was always someone very professional at UW Home Care to answer my questions. Another plus is that the receptionist always remembers my name when I come through the door. She seems to do that for everyone coming in the clinic!!
