We got great service and support, Telx Telecom treated us in with loads of patience. While our previous experience was with several other hosted Viop providers, with whom we had issues, with Telecom our phones works perfectly and we get great support from the guys back at Telx.
Telx's professionalism and outstanding service in business internet phone service has made it a pleasure to do business with them.

Using Telx Telecom at my office for about a year now and were much happier in comparison to our old phone system. I've tried other VoIP services before, but the sound quality with Telx Telecom is unmatched. I highly recommend them, and I will be using their services more in the future.

Wondering why I didnt switch to VoIP phone service sooner. I hired Telx Telecom to handle the phone system for my business and today all my remote workers can use the system from home, which allows a lot of cool remote features. Telxs set up are service is beyond convenient for me, Im worry-free.
My office is using the service from Telx Telecom for over a year. I am huge on customer service and I can't say enough good things about these guys. Not only are they super quick, their hosted VOIP team is incredibly knowledgeable and will answer any question you have very patiently and thoroughly. I highly recommend them!

I have been using their service for couple of years now and I can say my calls are clear. Great service, 24/7 support, reasonable low price, never had a problem. Additionally they have tons of features like VOIP hosted pbx, Fax to email, Voice forwarding, etc. I highly recommend Telx telecom!
We went with the smallest package with voip phone service, Voice mail and a toll free number. I am also happy with the service and the technical support. I would highly recommend telx telecom, and I will be purchasing more from them in the future.
Great service and great savings, too. You can't beat their prices! Hosted PBX was able to cut our phone bills by about 75%. Also, their technicians helped us customize our service, making it easy to track calls and monitor our sales team.
