Would have given this place 3 stars but the tv we were suppose to get 5 days after delivery has now turned into 2 weeks. Had a new sales person who didn't issue us the correct best buy gift card so now it has to be mailed to us. Our sales person was nice and helpfull, i blame the manager with no patience who didn't bother helping his new employee like he should have. Neither the manager or the sales person informed us we had to pay the taxes on the tv, which is fine but a little heads up would have been nice. Love our furniture, but the management needs help. Would never go back to this particular one...
