Purchased a SUV 2/7/15 the process took over 5 hours! Left the lot the truck shut off before I even made it to I95! I immediately called the dealership but they were closed. I left 2 voice mails and sent emails. I received a call the next day from the Sales Manager. He asked that I bring it back Monday (service department closed on Sundays).
The truck was brought in at 10AM today and it was returned as fixed. Again drove it not even 2 minutes and it still had the same issues! I am very disappointed and hope Miami Car keeps it word and fixes the issues. I will provide an update tomorrow. Unfortunately I can not recommend this dealership based off the issues I've had in a matter if 2 days!
