I experienced my most horrible experience with this company. I was picked up at the Miami Airport. Had to cancel my return portion of the service. I canceled the service when I arrived to Miami port with the cruise line. I didn't have a 24 hours notice to give the company since I was at Sea. First they collected all the money upfront. This was NOT disclosed to me nor it was part of the contract. Then they refused to refund my money. They never returned my calls. I had to call few time in order to speak with the person in charge. I ended up disputing my charge with the credit card company. They have attached a letter with FALSE accusation and guess what they even TAPED a phone conversation which I believe it is ILLEGAL to do without my knowledge. I will never use them again, ever. I will never recommend them. How would I know that my fight was going to be delayed? How rude it is to make and write false accusation to the credit card company and tape me. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I did not know that a shuttle company in Miami like this one was going to be the best option to have fun and enjoy my holidays. It was the first step to have fun and enjoy that city that has many things to give! The guy that picked up my family and me was pretty kind and friendly..he guided us and let us see the magic that was waiting for us! We recommend it! More people should know about it!

A shuttle company in Miami like this one should be more famous and known by all people all around because i wasted a lot of time trying to find one and when i got tired, i saw the last one in the list and i called! When i arrived to Miami, a great van was waiting for my couple and me..the driver was hilarious and the city tour was unforgettable! I cant talk about other shuttle companies in Miami because this one was the first one I hired and I really loved what I got and what I was able to enjoy! The driver was with a lot of energy, told the stories about the places drove carefully and created the perfect atmosphere to feel free to enjoy the city! Congratulations!

I planned to have my holidays with all the typical things that people usually add. I booked in a very nice hotel, I rented a car, I purchased appropriate clothes and I hired this shuttle company to have the most interesting city tour around Miami and everything seemed to be perfect. My boyfriend and I were ready to enjoy but as soon as we got in the airplane, he started to discuss, I could not believe it was happening he was going to screw everything upwe arrived to Miami and airport express picked us up but he kept with that terrible face, we went in the city tour and he did not enjoy anything and it was hard for me to enjoy it too. It was a disaster!

I cant complain, I had the best holidays ever in Miami. After hiring this shuttle company and we got in that nice car, we could enjoy the best of Miamis touristic places and people! Nicolas, the driver was very nice and knowledgeable about the city and the tour we were having! I was in the aquarium and shopping malls where I discovered the magic this city has behind! My friends and I had an excellent time because we could enjoy being in different places and we also took advantage of all that nice cultural information thats missing in books and things!

We had a group of 8 coming from 3 different cities all trying to meet up at MIA and make it to the Port of Miami on time. One flight was delayed (of course!) but the staff at Airport Super Express was polite and accomodating. The driver was courteous and helpful with the luggage. We were very pleasantly surprised that we had such a positive experience with a company I found online. I highly recommend this company for transportation in Miami.

We had a group of 5 people flying in and out of Ft. Lauderdale for a cruise from the port of Miami. I cannot begin to say how fantastic the service was. The driver called my cell phone as soon as our flight landed. The van was there as soon as we got our luggage. When the cruise ship returned the driver called my cell phone right away with instructions on when to call her as we got our luggage and got through Customs. When we stepped outside, the driver came pulling up. I give them the highest possible recommendation! I could not have been happier with the service and the price is very fair as well.

My family and I used this company for our cruise out of Miami in late Jan 2010. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a shuttle company. They picked us up at our hotel perfectly on-time, and were right there at the end of the cruise when we deboarded. They were able to take us to Miami Beach for a few hours and picked us up exactly where we agreed, and exactly on-time. For a very reasonable fee, they held our bags for us during this time, which was great. They were extremely easy to contact, and always coordinated pickup times and locations with us. Hanio was an excellent driver, safe, and courteous. They also have car seats for a reasonable price, which was one of the reasons we chose them in the first place. Overall, this was just such a pleasant and cost-effective experience, versus the usual chaos associated with airport shuttles We highly recommend this company. - David A.

I cannot express the level of organization this company has. When you give them your airline information when confirming a reservation, they actually do something with it: monitor the status. Once I turned on my phone after arriving in FLL because my flight got delayed by several hours, I had received text messages and voice mails from Airport Super Express asking me to call them once I got their message. I was surprised that they knew my flight was delayed and the time I was coming in. Needless to say, my driver (Jose) was there in minutes after calling when I was ready to get picked up. The ride to the port was quick, pleasant and safe. I definitely recommend this company to anyone. They are on top of their game. Michael R

Great company. I've tried a few "shuttles" while my family and I were vacation here in Miami but was lucky to find this company when I was looking for a "tour shuttle". I found them to be a few dollars more than the other shuttles I took but it was well worth it; they spoke perfect English, vans were clean, on time, and very friendly. Greg M
