      I purchased GREEN seatcovers from Brookstone via Amazon and received GREY. 25 + emails and a phone call later I received reassurances that this issue would be corrected and I would get my GREEN seat covers. Just received my exchange -in the same GREY as the original. Worst customer service ever! Do not buy from this company!

      I purchased a piece of exercise equipment in good faith from the catalogue on-line.Returned immediately because assembly instructions were not in understandable English.Shipping charges(both ways) cost me $41.00
