I've been bringing my dogs here for a little over a year now, was always friendly and professional. I was told you pay for an exam for each dog once a year. I took 2 of my dogs in to get rabies vaccine. One of the dogs was seen 11 months ago. They told me they charged me the exam fee because he was going to have to be examined in a couple of weeks anyways. WOW, they say he is good for a year then 11 months later charge me again. DON"T TRUST THE WORDS COMING OUT OF THEIR MOUTH. They lost a loyal customer who use to rave about them and send people their way. Lost a great customer.

We have been very happy with the care we have received here. We know Dr Renner and always like the care he gave our pets. Everyone we have met at TVVH has been great to deal with.

My ferret had blockage in his bladder, it came on quickly and it was hard to find a vet that would take him last minute. He would have died that day but they saved his life! They also recommended payment (carecredit)options!

TVV is the best vet in the Valley. Dr. Shakelford is the kindest and most amazing vet ever. You will not find another person like this in the valley who cares with a true heart like he and his personal staff do at TVV!

They have taken great care of my water turtle Speedy. It was hard to find a vet who takes turtles. Highly recommend for anyone with reptiles or turtles.

I have been to Intermountain, All Valley, West Vet, and All Pets and Dr. Shackelford is by far the most knowledgeable, experienced and kind veterinarian I have been to with my cats. You will not find friendlier or happier staff anywhere. I highly recommend Dr. Shackelford, he will tell you what you need, what you don't need and responds even after hours. Best Vet I know of.

Dr. Shackelford is an amazing vet and always treats my dogs like they are the most important animals to him. He always takes the time to explain what he is doing and why. The staff is all super friendly and helpful too!
