I have a hard time believing that Jivan or anyone at Tzers t-shirt shop was rude and didn't listen to the customer based on my multiple experiences using them. Jivan has personally helped me on multiple occasions to insure my dealings with Tzers is a positive experience for both of us. Their communication is always helpful and timely.
