I am a new mother, with very little help financially, today I dragged my exhausted self to this store in search of a baby bouncer. I prayed they would have one, I need the sleep it could give. When I realized how much money I had I panicked, it wasn't enough, so I ran to my car and grabbed a few items to trade. Sadly I was still off by a bit. When I was asking about the hold policy the very sweet manager knocked the price down, then the cashier payed the difference for what I still owed. Today God answered a prayer threw this store, and showed an amazing act of kindness to a young single mom. Thank you to the wonderful staff

I was in and brought a pair of designer maternity jeans in. I told them to let me know the price before I decided if I wanted to donate them. These jeans retail for 180.00. They offered 15.00. So I told them I wanted them back. The employee on the phone said they would hold them for me. I went to get them and they ended up donating them. I had someone lined up to buy them for 90 dollars and the owner refused to make it right. She only offered 15.00 dollars. I am very disappointed in the way she handeled it. Not good business. I will NEVER shop there again.

Not a great place to sell your kids clothing to. I had brought in all name brand clothing, most never worn because my kids wore school uniforms and they offered to give me $21. I had new coats, new jeans, new dresses, at least 15 items. You get $1-$2 per item if it is nice stuff, way better off selling yourself.
