I used this cleaning service around September of 2007. I didn't have any problems at all. Lulu is wonderful and they did an excellent job with cleaning our house after we moved out. Our previous landlord stated that he was also impressed with how good of a cleaning that they did. The prices were very reasonable and they cleaned in a reasonable amount of time.
