Really good sushi and definitely pricey.

BAND-AID IN MY FOOD. For the most part I have found the food at Hana to be of decent quality, but a bit on the expensive price for what you get. I had a horrible experience there last night which will forever haunt me. My wife, kids, and I went to Hana last night after attending a football game at the local high school. While I was eating my salad, I felt something soft and chewy in my mouth which did not taste like lettuce...it wasn't. I took the item out of my mouth and found to my horror a used band-aid. I was absolutely disgusted. I went straight to the restroom to vomit. After my experience the wonderful people at Hana decided not to charge me for my meal...a meal I was unable to complete anyway. Stay away from Hana.

Ok, now I have been to both Hana Sushi locations in Temecula as well as Canyon Lake and all 3 were fairly priced with good service. However, this new Menifee location is over priced! My husband and I ate and left with $100 bill when normally it is $60. The prices here are double compared to other sushi places and the servers are slow. It took them about 15 mintues to order drinks when other servers walked by us at least 4-5 times! We were even at the sushi bar and it was not overly busy. If you want to or like to over pay with mediocre service this is your sushi bar!
