Tri City provided transportation for a family member and I couldn't have been more satisfied. They for very professional and courteous from the office personnel to the driver, we were very pleased and would highly recommend their company.

Horrible company.



They left my 72-year-old paraplegic mother stranded at my house on Thansgiving night after hiring them to transport her there from her nursing home. I was forced to call 911 to have her brought to safety.



I was never called back by the company, even though I personally drove their ambulette with bald tires safely up and over and icy road after their driver had asked for my help. He told us her was "scared" driving that evening.



Once I got some on the phone four days later after leaving a voicemail, I was yelled at for making the complaint, never apologized to, and hung up on once I made it clear that I would not be paying for the service they couldn't complete.



They have faulty equipment and I would not trust them to transport my groceries, much less my loved ones.
