I wish I could give them 0 stars! Absolutely the worst dry cleaners experience I have ever had. I took a ordinary white men's shirt to be laundered, pressed etc that had only been worn twice and laundered once before. It came back completely covered in yellowish/brownish stains. Initially the manager said it was probably starch and sent it back. It takes another 5 days and still looks the same or worse. They are not polite or responsive ... I would always have to initiate a call to the manager because she would not call me when the counter staff indicated she would. After almost 1 month of attempts to supposedly fix, they said there was nothing else they could do but offered store credit for another cleaning. Really? They didn't take responsibility for the damage and blamed it on the other cleaning even though the shirt had been worn since then and had nothing wrong with it or when they took it in. They are not a member of BBB and have awful lighting in the store possibly so they can claim they didn't see stains ....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I just needed 8 shirts IRONED !! The lady who helped me made it seem that I would get a "GREAT" service there. It cost close to $40 just for this service and after 5 days got the shirts. TO MY Surprise, THESE HAD an awful smell!!!!



I was so upset because these were done under "laundry"!!! I am very particular about washing my clothes and only needed help with the IRONING!!! this place takes there clients clothes to some place in Pharr TX and they have no idea what soap/chemicals they use!!



Young lady who helped me was ok with me saying "I will never come back to this place"!! she replied with 'OK' and then offered to send my clothes back and these would be ready in another 5 days??!!! after explaining that I needed these the next day, she called and I waited another day.



First lady (manager) was helpful but very deceiving because all they want is your $. They say "oh yes yes we are the best place in town and we do all our pieces by hand..."



My shirts had an odd smell, were NOT all that greatly IRONED!! and worst of all!! They STAPLE the TAG to your clothing!! Mine had the tags stapled at the bottom and left holes!!!



NEVER NEVER will I take my things here!! Ill try another place. I f I were you, I would ask what chemicals they use? and definitely ASK to NOT Staple those tags to your clothing!!

I have been going to this drycleaner's for 3 years now, and had very good service and result's every time! I would highly recommend it. =)

Very good service with D & M with a friendly staff. I've been taking my clothes there for years and have only had one issue. They were up front as to what happened and offered me free cleaning service as compensation.

I recommend D& M Cleaners to all my friends. They do great work & they clean items that other cleaners won't touch like rhinestones,beading,sequins, evening gowns and specialty items. They always have a friendly smile & great customer service!! Give them a try, you won't regret it!!! Aiello
