Service has been less than reliable. At the Geek Squad service desk. They took my Wi Fi key board and mouse on August 1st this year. The Geek Squad said they weren't working. So, they gave me a wire mouse and keyboard. These do not work for these Wii Fi units. Haven't received another, one to me as of yet. Said they wood order it, and never did, order one. Said two weeks ago, they would order one and I have not received it here as of yet, Plus there Geek Squad took out my Internet Explore, and cost me, $150.00 to have Micro Soft to put it back. I am unable to use the printer because it is Wii fi. When I purchased this unit, I also purchased an extended warranty, that is still good, I have nothing but,problems with the Computer. Have had it in there five times.
