Neither one of the fragrances were in the bag but I was charged for them! At this point it was almost 10PM but I decided to call the store anyway in hopes that they would remember me or even find my belongings on the counter still. After several times being put on hold, the man on the phone told me no one in the store saw anything out of place and that I would need to come back to the mall with my receipt to get this resolved AWESOME. So, the next day after a long day of work, and before what was supposed to be a relaxing anniversary dinner, we had to stop at the mall I patiently waited online and was called up by a young man. He then called to an older bald African American man who looked at the receipt and called me to walk over to him. He showed the receipt in front of me to an older short Caucasian woman who I am assuming was the manager. She was on the phone but he whispered to her my situation. She looks up and me and says I dont even know what this is, what is this? I said

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I was shopping at the mall last Tuesday night (March 26, 2013 @ 7:30PM) specifically for Express Men. It was my husband and Is 3rd Wedding anniversary and I wanted to get him some new things he needed and he ONLY shops at Express. We have the Express credit card and are in there all the time. I spent AT LEAST $300. A nice African American young man with light blue skinny jeans helped me find everything I needed: 2 pairs of Rocco Jeans, dress pants, polo t-shirts, regular t-shirts, and on the way to the register I noticed a Mens body spray that I picked up for him. Also at the register I saw a LOVE EXPRESS roll-on perfume for WOMEN so I picked one of those up for myself Since I had so much in my hands I placed the clothes down first, then gently placed the fragrances closer to his register so he would see them. This was also a young African American boy. I got home and decided to share the presents with my husband instead of waiting till the next day and surprise
