A female manager approached our table to hear our complaints but never did anything for us except ask if we wanted our mashed potatoes heated. We wont be going there for awhile. We had a goodbye dinner for my daughter and went to Acapulco Restaurant to celebrate because of this incident at Applebees. They missed out on 200.00 bill and a 50.00 tip for our waiter.I took my husband for the first time to Applebees in Marysville, and he ordered steak and eggs, I ordered a steak with mashed potatoes along with my daughter. Our mashed potatoes were cold, my husband found the longest hair Ive ever seen in a plate and he never got his toast after we reminded our waiter. My husbands steak was medium well instead of medium rare.We were not satisfied with the managers action. We tipped our waiter five dollars anyway, its not his fault as he felt embarrased by the whole thing.
