      Avoid at all costs. Very poor customer service and generally bad attitude from the staff. We were loyal customers for over five years (entire family of five), but now go to other shops because of two bad experiences with the Ken Jones staff. First, their board shop lost two sets of our skis for eight days. Second, we waited for over 30 minutes for service while their staff waited on people who arrived after us. We escalated to the manager, who asked a clerk to help us. The clerk promptly disappeared, not to be seen again. We immediately left and went to a competitor's shop, where the service was wonderful: quick, attentive and very friendly. If you go to Ken Jones and get lousy service, you can't say you were not warned.
