My grandson wanted to purchase an auto from them. He, being young and not knowing the business world, gave $500 down to hold the car. Well, we decided not to give him the money to purchase that car. We did not trust them after he came home with a reciept for $500 without their name or letter head on it. It was just a plain piece of paper. Very unprofessional. I then called for his refund but because they brought the paperwork to the bank they would charge him $150 and the bank $200. They would not return the money to him via the mail which ends up being $150. So $500 is lost to a business that takes advantage of young people without experience
