Excellent customer service .

The service is fast and comprehensive. I dropped my car when the store opened and it's ready for pickup before noon the same day. And I can barely see what the scratches were when I picked up my car. Also they open on Satursday, which is a big plus if you are busy on weekdays.

They did quality work, fast. I am happy with them .

The service was awesome. The shop is just a few minutes' walk from the Malden station on the Orange Line so very easy to get to. The car wasn't quite ready when I got there but the staff was great about keeping me posted. The repair work to the bumper is flawless -- you can't tell where the break was, you can't tell it was ever damaged. The car was immaculate when I got it back. I highly recommend them.

the car needed extensive work. The owner was very accommodating and not only tried to stay within my limited budget but is a lso going to do some additional work without charge. In addition he offered me a very good price on a more extensive job if I chose to do addliona work.

The owner is a nice/honest person, he has helped me understand my options and gave me a reasonable quote. The job was done in less than 24 hours and my car looks great.
