I have been to this Long Horn many times and my steak has always been prepared to perfection. On one occasion my wife ordered her steak MR but it came to the table closer to WD. After a few minutes the waitress inquired how our food was tasting and when she learned that my wife's steak was overcooked, she quickly had a new steak prepared which was cooked to perfection. They made things right and we have returned to this restaurant frequently because of that. Good job.
Thank you Melissa for such excellent service 4/18/14. There were 11 of us (5 adults, 6 kids). You kept track of each of our orders, handled the spilled milk, and made sure everyone was satisfied with everything. Kudos to you. We will be back - maybe not all of us at once.. Thank you.
I have never had a steak cooked the way I want it here. Ever. Service is SLOOOOOW. The only redeeming quality is the shrimp appetizer. I know someone who chipped a tooth on a ROCK in his SALAD. They only offered to comp the salad.
