Scheduled an appointment with us from 8-10am. Well after many calls that went unanswered, I was told they would show up just after noon. I received a phone call at 3:30pm informing me that the technician "forgot" about the appointment. They then proceeded to tell me they can come when they want or not at all. I say not at all! My recommendation is all certifications and licenses should be revoked and they close up shop for good. Poor customer service and a poor knowledge of a mission statement means this company lacks any integrity or honor.
