The employees were all super friendly and eager to help me with any questions. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they were unable to fix a watch that I brought in a long time ago for repair. Other than that, my experience there was spectacular.

As long as Mcneill Jewelers is in business, I will be a customer of theirs. For the good people, courtesy, kindness, Great all over experience. I can honestly say these guys have become a necessity in my life.
