He fixed our antique grandfather clock that we inherited from my in-laws. The service dates written in pencil date back to 1870. The last written date of service was 1921. Well, when I got it, it never worked, so I decided to find someone who could fix it. That's how I found Dug. He was very professional and knowledgeable on clocks and it's been running ever since!
