And last of all, but most important, Buddy (owner) handles the intake at the front desk. He possesses honestly and integrity when it comes to only performing what truly has to be done or what your specifically request. If something is not fixed correctly and was due to their fault, Neutz and Tudor stands behind their work 100%. About one month ago, Neutz and Tudor had replaced a seal on our vehicle. We still had a leak after the work was completed. When we returned the car to Buddy for a second look, he informed us that the leak was initially their fault. They repaired the problem at no cost. We've been taking our vehicles to Neutz and Tudor for several years.
