I bought a recliner from them in Aug and put it on layaway for Xmas, The staff told me that I could pay on it till Xmas only to find out that was not correct, but he owner paid for it and I still paid my monthly bill. The problem occurred when I went to get it the beginning of Dec. The chair I say I paid $ 325 for was not the chair the chair they gave me. My husband is 6ft 3 and weighs 300 pound so he has and needs a big/ tall chair. The chair I paid on was a big/tall in very soft leather and in excellent condition. The chair I was given would fit me,a slender 5ft 5in woman. It was definitely not a big/ tall chair.In addition, it was marked up, torn and in poor condition. Talking was of no avail because they swore that was the chair I bought from them. Since I did not take pictures on day 1, I had no proof. I have bought from them before with no problems, but not this time. Please take pictures of everything you put on layaway so this will not happen to you.
