Aldo's Ristorante & Bar is an Italian-style restaurant and bar. The restaurant serves smoked salmon, fried calamari, saut ed sausage, chicken with portobello mushrooms, pasta shells with sausage, bell peppers and artichokes, prawns with green onions and tomatoes, scallops and veal stuffed with mozzarella cheese for lunch and dinner. It offers a variety of desserts, such as chocolate cake, cheesecake, hazelnut mousse and custard. The bar additionally serves a selection of wines, including chardonnay, white zinfandel, pinot grigio, merlot and pinot noir. Aldo's Ristorante & Bar is located in Los Gatos, Calif.
