      Bon Appetit Caterers, located in Longwood, Fla., offers catering services to the entire central Florida area. It specializes in a variety of cuisines, including ethnic, vegetarian and extreme cuisines, as well as authentic barbecue, Rhode Island clambake, and Hawaiian luau. Menu offered by the company include Gulf shrimp wrapped in prosciutto and basil, Norwegian salmon mousse in petit vol-au-vent, wild Alaskan salmon poached in a chardonnay court bouillon, gazpacho sippers served in cucumber cups, and frijoles con queso. It also offers artichoke dip, chicken teriyaki and Florida crab dip. Bon Appetit Caterers also organizes special promotional events, such as bridal tasting at any of the local hotels, once a month.
