      My relative at Windsor has nev...

      My relative at Windsor has never been more comfortable and secure as she is now. It's a large facility with an ample staff that does not "pretend" in any way. It's a good, natural, down-to-earth type facility that deal with all kinds of clients on medical and medicare. I appreciate them.
